Silke joined the Noyle W Johnson Insurance Group in 1988 part time while attending Montpelier High School. She worked as a file clerk and receptionist and soon after graduation became a full time employee as a customer service agent. Silke has completed the required courses to receive her CPIW designation, INS 21, INS22 and INS 23 as well as several insurance related classes given by the industry. Silke is an active member of the Vermont Association of Insurance Women and the Washington Baptist Church.
