Nicholas G. Bergeron is Vice-President and Secretary of Berg, Carmolli and Kent Insurance, Inc. He graduated from Champlain College in 1977 with a business degree. Nick earned his Certificate in General Insurance in 1981 and his CPCU designation in 1995.

Nick began his insurance career with the New Hampshire Insurance Group in 1978 as an Underwriter and in 1980 went to work for the Vermont Mutual Insurance Company in the same capacity. He was later promoted to Assistant Underwriting Manager and Assistant Secretary of the company. He joined Berg, Carmolli and Kent in 1989 and became a partner in 1991.

Industry related, Nick has been an insurance education instructor, member of the CPCU Society, member of The Vermont Arson Tip Award Committee and President of the Vt. Insurance Fieldmens Association. Past community involvements include the Lions Club, director and coach in Barre Youth Sports and United Way.

Nick lives in Barre, Vt. with his wife, Robin. They have a son and daughter.
