Joan joined the Noyle W Johnson Insurance Group in 1992 with the acquisition of the Sawyer agency. Her insurance career started 6 years prior with the Sawyer Agency performing various duties within the agency from accounting, receptionist, to commercial lines support. Joan is an experienced commercial lines customer service agent. She has taken numerous insurance related courses to reinforce her knowledge of commercial coverage.

Joan is an active member of the Vermont Association of Insurance Women.
