Dayle started her career in 1977 as a file clerk for the New Hampshire Insurance Co. in Berlin, Vermont. She then went to a local agency, starting in the personal lines department and moving to commercial lines in 1986. Dayle was a commercial lines underwriter for the state of Vermont for Vt. Mutual Insurance Co.

She then went back into the agency environment as office manager. Dayle joined the Noyle W Johnson Insurance Group in 1999 as a commercial lines customer service agent. Dayle has earned the CPIW and AAI designations and has completed CIC property and casualty courses. Dayle has served as State Director and Secretary of VAIW. She is active in the community having served on the Board of the Ice Center of Washington West and past president of the Clyde Whittamore Little League.
