Betsy began her insurance career 19 years ago as a part-time file clerk and in customer service support, prior to graduating from Twinfield High. After graduation, Betsy shared a full time position with her sister, Becky. She then was promoted to a full time customer service agent. Betsy completed the required courses needed to earn the CPIW designation. She has also completed courses required for the CISR designation, Personal residential and Agency Operations.

Betsy is an active member of the Vermont Association of Insurance Women and serves on the agency advisory council committee for the Peerless Insurance Company.
